Rudy “Ghouliani” made a public statement trying to defend his one-time “client”—Duh’Fuhrer tRUMP—when he said ‘what is the difference between taking the top secret and classified documents from the White House and keeping them in a locked room at Mar-A-Lago.’ Has da’Ghoul’s brain turned to mush? He tries to speak with some legal authority but it all comes out like Daffy Duck!
Firstly, Mar-A-Lago is NOT secure whatsoever. As we recall a Chinese spy roamed around with a jump drive filled with information. Just because there is a lock on the door, doesn’t mean it cannot get jimmied open. People who are not members of the Mar-A-Lago Social Club, of which it is and NOT tRUMP’s official home roam around the grounds all the time. There is an underground walkway from the club to the beach, which goes under the roadway. There is no regular guard at the entrance to the passageway. Anyone can walk on through to the other side! Mar-A-Lago is as porous as a food strainer. Stealing and storing government owned documents at this place is worse than anything Hillary did when she used a private server to store her documents. Even authorized club members and their guests can find their way to private and sensitive locations unnoticed.
According to the local zoning codes in Palm Beach, Florida, Dumbass Donnie is not allowed to live full-time at this resort. He got around it by claiming that he is the official recreational coordinator/manager, or whatever, and is employed by the social club and, therefore, can live there full-time. HE IS AN EMPLOYEE OF HIS OWN PRIVATE CLUB. Is this not ridiculous?
What has come out, which was reported by Aaron Davis of The Washington Post, was that political operatives working for tRUMP in Georgia copied files off of Georgia’s electronic voting systems and then passed those documents and/or data files to Ding Dong Donnie’s lawyers, such as whackadoodle Sidney Powell and others involved in lying about the 2020 election outcome. This sounds like spies passing off secret documents in the inky shadows to another spy sitting on a park bench underneath a flickering street lamp. As we all recall Arizona and Georgia had a fake company called Cyber Ninjas doing a fake audit of the vote count, which, very likely, could have passed on these data files to Donnie’s lawyers. The Reichwing’s campaign called ‘Stop the Steal’ was actually “STOP and Steal” the election for Trump!!
Duh’Fuhrer is raising an extraordinary amount of money stumping for himself. The crazy freaks around the country who believe in fascism and authoritarianism because they support his efforts to reign over the country by minority rule as they continue to give him their lottery ticket money. The guy only has around 30 percent support, yet his Trump American Neo-Nazi Party is out there claiming that the United States is not a democracy but a constitutional republic. Their claim is that democracy does not appear anywhere in the Constitution, which is true; but, Hamilton and Madison did make reference to the nation as a representative democracy in the Federalist Papers.
George Thomas from The Atlantic said this, “Madison made the distinction between a republic and a direct democracy exquisitely clear in “Federalist No. 14”: “When founding thinkers such as James Madison spoke of democracy, they were usually referring to direct democracy, what Madison frequently labeled “pure” democracy. In a democracy, the people meet and exercise the government in person; in a republic, they assemble and administer it by their representatives and agents. A democracy, consequently, will be confined to a small spot. A republic may be extended over a large region.” “Both a democracy and a republic were popular forms of government: Each drew its legitimacy from the people and depended on rule by the people. The crucial difference was that a republic relied on representation, while in a “pure” democracy, the people represented themselves.”
Thomas wrote that “Democracy was also susceptible to demagogues—men of “factious tempers” and “sinister designs,” as Madison put it in “Federalist No. 10”—who relied on “vicious arts” to betray the interests of the people. Madison nevertheless sought to defend popular government—the rule of the many—rather than retreat to the rule of the few.”
Madison believed that “In the extended republic of the United States, and among the great variety of interests, parties, and sects which it embraces, a coalition of a majority of the whole society could seldom take place on any other principles than those of justice and the general good.” “Madison had previewed this argument at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 using the term democracy, arguing that a diversity of interests was “the only defense against the inconveniences of democracy consistent with the democratic form of government.”
Thomas outlines that minority rule was antithetical to Madison’s beliefs and was at odds with his “republican principles” which can be explained as majority rule, yet “the Constitution did not embrace a simple majoritarian democracy,” which resulted in the Electoral College process “giving the states weight in selecting the president.”
Alexander “Hamilton made the case for popular government and even called it democracy: “A representative democracy, where the right of election is well secured and regulated & the exercise of the legislative, executive and judiciary authorities, is vested in select persons, chosen really and not nominally by the people, will in my opinion be most likely to be happy, regular and durable.”
Thomas goes on to say, “[g]iven the success of the experiment by the standards of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, we would come to use the term democracy as a stand-in for representative democracy, as distinct from direct democracy.”
“Consider that President Abraham Lincoln, facing a civil war, which he termed the great test of popular government, used constitutional
republic and democracy synonymously, eloquently casting the American experiment as government of the people, by the people, and for the people. And whatever the complexities of American constitutional design, Lincoln insisted, “the rule of a minority, as a permanent arrangement, is wholly inadmissible.” Indeed, Lincoln offered a definition of popular government that can guide our understanding of a democracy—or a republic—today: “A majority, held in restraint by constitutional checks, and limitations, and always changing easily, with deliberate changes of popular opinions and sentiments, is the only true sovereign of a free people.”
So, for the MAGAT’s to be saying that we are not a democracy is completely wrong. They ignore the facts and truth. They are all about remaking history, as we are witnessing in Florida and Texas today. The goal of TANNParty is to rule by minority control the very thing Hamilton and Madison were repelled by and afraid of when they were drafting the Constitution.
Darrell West writing for the Brookings Institutes said, “One of the problems we have now is the rise of copycat candidates who parrot Trump’s moves and endorse his anti-democratic tactics. Possible presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, Ted Cruz, and Josh Hawley as well as dozens of congressional candidates spread the Big Lie about 2020 election fraud and some Republicans show a willingness to have electors chosen who do not respect the popular vote winner within particular states.
One of the worst things Trump has done is to show many other aspirants how to engage in power politics using unethical steps. Between his unorthodox behaviors challenging the legitimacy of the 2020 results and his continuing efforts to push Republicans in illiberal directions, he has become a role model for many candidates around the country. Rather than seeing Trump as a dangerous demagogue who threatens our democratic system, many Republican candidates are mimicking his tactics and pushing the country down the road towards illiberalism.” (“Illiberalism defined as “opposed to liberal principles; restricting freedom of thought or behavior.”)
“…it is possible for leaders to exploit statutory deficiencies and gain power through undemocratic mechanisms.” “For example, the Electoral Count Act is vague on key elements such as whether state legislatures have the power to appoint electors who do not represent the winning side in an election, how to handle allegations of ballot fraud, and the role of the vice president in election ascertainment. With the likelihood of substantial controversy surrounding the upcoming 2024 elections, it is vital for Congress to clarify these issues right away to avoid risky outcomes in that campaign. There are similar possibilities for mischief via emergency power declarations and the Insurrection Act.”
Duh’Fuhrer is now having one of his temper tantrums because a legal subpoena was slapped on the door of his make-believe palace where King Donald gets the royal treatment from all his club members. They rise when he enters the room and so on and so on. They all but address him as “Your Highness or is it Heinous.” He is now saying that “being president was hell.” WHATT? The Grifter From Queens raked in hundreds of millions of dollars while sitting on his Oval Office Golden Potty Chair throne.
The millions of dollars he is raking in on a weekly basis from many of his zombies who wave signs reading, “Keep government out of my Medicare” will likely go for his legal defense fund, once he gets indicted, and has to pay up for the services he is getting from his bottom-of-the-barrel attorney team. It has been my prediction for some time now that he will not be running from president again for fear of failure and humiliation. But by saying he is going to run, those delusional followers keep putting their quarters into the Trump Presidential Campaign Slot Machines. He will, no doubt, announce his candidacy in order to file for legal PAC money campaign fundraising dollars. He can always drop out with a massive financial war chest. He needs the cash because his Trump Organization is bleeding cash reserves and the lenders who bankrolled him will likely call in their loans before the company files for bankruptcy, at some point.
Marc Caputo and Carol E. Lee, along with Peter Nicholas and Courtney Kube writing for NBC News wrote, “Of all the potential legal threats Trump faces, though, some people close to him consider the most immediate to be the criminal investigation unfolding in Georgia, where local prosecutors are examining his alleged effort to overturn the state’s 2020 result.” “Yet as Trump savors polling that shows his support among Republicans growing, he’s having trouble with independent voters, according to a new national online YouGov poll conducted for The Economist after the Mar-a-Lago search and released Wednesday.”
One of tRUMP’s allies said, “He may get closer to the prize but in reality, he’s slipping.” “It seems like the net is surrounding him more and more, and his ability to dance around these things is going to get more challenging,” this ally said. “It’s a double-edged sword.” Another person close to Trump voiced concern that the former president wasn’t taking the investigations seriously enough.”
Some delusional supporters believe even if their Fuhrer ended up in jail, he could still win their presidential nomination, if he decides to go the distance. The deep emotional and physical toll a guilt verdict would have on him might actually put him in an assisted living facility, called the Doral Golf and Assisted Living Club.
The Fickled Nitwit from Queens cannot make up his mind about the FBI. While in the White House gorging his face on triple cheeseburgers with extra catsup he fumed over the FBI. He hated James Comey, and then Andrew McCabe, and Peter Stozok. He fired off his combover after he was issued a warrant to seize government documents he locked up at his Mar-A-Lago palace. He hated the FBI agents so much that he decided to post the agents pictures on-line so the MAGATrumpies could stalk them. But wait, didn’t the King of Mar-A-Lago say he loved the police? Blue Lives Matter was his slogan for a while. He said he was the law and order president, but that disappeared after the investigative branch of the government decided to storm the palace while the orange guy with the blow away combover was playing with his putter somewhere else. Now he hated law enforcement, which was always the case. He hated The Blue. He had his thugs attack them and ruin several lives of those serving as Capital police on January 6. Duh’Fuhrer did not care about their lives, since they were in the way of what he wanted so badly—to remain as Dictator in Chief, or the Chief Dic!.
Mary Papenfuss quoted one of tRUMP’s lies that he “always had their [FBI] backs.” On his propaganda site called Truth Social, he posted that FBI agents “like,” even “love” him “a lot.” The truth is he gut punched them. Many agents were likely Republican voters and supported his candidacy for president until he now revealed how he really feels about them through his actions.
Papenfuss said, “Trump attacked the FBI as seditious, abusive, criminal and “sleazy” after agents hauled out about 20 boxes of White House material from his Florida home, including 11 sets of classified information. Those records should have been turned over to the National Archives when Trump’s term ended, according to the Presidential Records Act.” “In days that followed the search, Trump baselessly called it a “sneak attack” and a “raid,” a “siege,” and “corrupt.” He also claimed FBI agents “planted” evidence in his home. Now, Trump claims agents are “furious at FBI leadership” for the “political weaponization against a president (me).””
Here is a big lie tRUMP put out on his site on August 20, 2022, “I hear the the great Agents others in the FBI are furious at the FBI leadership for what they are doing with respect to political weaponization against a President (me) that always had their backs, and that they like (love!) a lot. They don’t like being “used” by people they do not agree with, or respect. Likewise, they are not exactly thrilled with the leadership at DOJ! Similar to the revolt against Comey wet he exonerated Crooked Hillary, but was forced, by the, to withdraw the exoneration!”
What is he talking about? He has done all the weaponization. And, he is still stuck on the Crooked Hillary nonsense? What is he doing? Is he projecting what he subconsciously claims about Hillary based upon how he sees himself without realizing it?
The FBI has put out a red flag warning that violence could be targeted against agents and others because of Dumb-Dumb Donnie’s rhetoric. Not only that, but the Jewish Communities throughout the country have experienced more than half of the country’s hate crime attacks recently. This is all about tRUMP and his hate.
The Chief Dic! loved to collect stuff, such as various types of memorabilia. John Bolton said, “Some days he liked to collect French fries. Some days he liked to collect documents. He just collected things.” And, he loved to collect all those documents he had read to him while sitting on his Golden Potty Chair Oval Office throne. This is one reason why he acted like the Lord of the Rings character, the slimy Gollum (by the way, Rick Scott is Gollum’s other brother from another Hobbit mother) and kept saying ‘all those papers are mine, all mine; my precious papers. Oh my precious papers.’
The question is how many of these 15-20 boxes of documents did tRUMP already tear up, burn, eat, or flush? “The decision to keep classified documents at Mar-a-Lago — a property frequented by paying members, their guests and anyone attending the weddings, political fundraisers, charity dinners and other events held on site — was part of a long pattern of disregard for national security secrets. Former aides described a “cavalier” attitude toward classified information that played out in public view,” wrote Jill Colvin and Michael Balsamo for AP/HuffPo.
Baby Trump sat on the floor of the Presidential Residence Daycare Center with his unmarked boxes stuffing them with whatever documents he had spew all around him. He was stuffing boxes with top secret documents along with, no doubt, pretty takeout menus with lots of pictures and colors. What this means is that Baby Trump was fully involved in the process of stealing government documents for whatever reason he had to secretly store them at his unsecured Florida members club. He had more than 300 top secret documents. There might be around 100 documents unaccounted for.
Lawrence Tribe, a Harvard constitutional law scholar wrote that even if tRUMP did declassify documents, he still could have broken the law. “None of these crimes depends on anything being “declassified.””
- Willful retention of national defense information
- Concealment or removal of government records
- Obstruction of a federal investigation
His attorney, Alina Habba, in an interview on Newsmax, pushed back on the charges described in the sheet, saying Trump had cooperated with investigators and again said that he declassified the information. Several figures from the Trump administration have described that claim as implausible or even "a lie." He could be charged using the Espionage Act depending what is found.
Duh’Fuhrer’s attorney went to another judge other than the one who approved the warrant, Judge Reinhart, to search Ding Dong Donnie’s Florida palace to request a “special master” (a third party attorney) to review the warrant and the seized documents. This request presented before Judge Aileen Cannon, a tRUMP nominee, is bogus. Trump and his mediocre lawyers, Lindsey Halligan, Jim Trusty, and Evan Corcoran needed to have made the request with Judge Reinhart. This action by Ding Dong and his playmates is a public relations stunt.
It has been reported that there are documents missing from the treasure trove of documents seized. What happened to them? Did tRUMP use them for his toilet tissue?
To conclude—the political idiots are out in rare form. The Michigan Trump American Nazi Party (TANNP) candidate for governor Toot Toot Tudor Dixon believes that if a teenager is raped and becomes pregnant having that baby would be “healing. It is something that we don’t think about.” No kidding, MORON because being raped by a predator is a violent act and will emotionally scar the victim for decades to follow. Nothing about the act and being forced to have the baby is healing.
Next in the list of TANNParty morons is North Carolina’s Lt. Governor Mark Robinson who wants to do away with the their Department of Education. This MORON doesn’t believe that social studies and science needs to be taught to any child attending grades K-4. What he is telling the parents in his state is that he wants the students to fall to the bottom of the nation’s science and social studies ranking. There is no need to have intelligent and educated kids in North Carolina. This guy has earned our treasured NITWIT Award!! Great job Markie. This guy has said that gay people are “devil-worshipping child molesters.” He claims that the Parkland school shooting activists are “silly little immature media prostitutions-tots.” He believes that Michelle Obama is actually a man. He hates anyone who is a transgender person. He hates the anti-abortion movement, while he admitted that he once paid his wife to have an abortion.
Now we come to the runner up, Governor Ronnie Ronnie wannabe Donnie DeSantis who pretended to be an Air Force Top Gun pilot by dressing up in his make-believe uniform and donning the helmet for a campaign ad. That’s like Moron Oz running for Senate in Pennsylvania when he doesn’t actually live in Pennsylvania but pretends he is. Ronnie called himself in the ad, “Top Gov.” What other make-believe costumes does he have in his closet?
And we cannot leave out *ucker Carlson who made the claim that Biden is adding chemicals into our milk supply which is turning kids toward becoming a transgender person. That’s right *ucker! Your mind is really churning up a tub of butter. Now exactly HOW would Biden be doing this? Is Biden a super hero type guy where he can instantaneously appear at a dairy where he sprinkles transgender magic dust into the entire milk supply each and everyday? So what about all the adults that drink milk or consume a milk product? Are they immune from Biden’s transgender magic dust except for those who are not immune to the chemical reaction? So what is YOUR excuse for drinking all that milk?
*ucker was citing the specific case of Amos Miller a dairy farmer who was selling unpasteurized milk and not inspected meat and poultry and was fined for selling food that could cause a serious food borne illness. *ucker went off on a bogus accusation that the real reason for the fine was because Miller wasn’t using GMO products on his farm, which had nothing to do with the fine. Miller, a member of the Amish community, also doesn’t use fossil fuels or machines on his farm. So it would make sense he would not use anything that contained a Genetically Modified Organism.
This is the state of America!! A nation filled with moronic fascists and con-artists feeding the gullible zombies who are members of the TANNP lies and propaganda to accomplish their goals of turning the nation into a bunch of stupid fools willing to give up their democracy and being another Hungary or Russia.
Finally we learn that under BillyBob Barr as the Attorney’s General of the United States, he wasn’t going to file any charges against Dufus Donnie for any of his crimes, such as obstruction of justice until he was replaced by Merrick Garland. Let us all hope Garland has the guts and devotion to our democracy to file charges against this two-bit cheat and criminal. Let’s face the facts that it must be a Democrat, for the most part, to stand up to criminals in our government who want to destroy our freedoms and liberties for all.
