It no longer holds any of their long abandoned former values that they once based their political campaigns on, such as, family values, honesty, fiscal responsibility, and honoring the U.S. Constitution. That has disappeared. The Re-Quack-Publican Party has turned into a party of conspiracies, and Russian Idiot Assets who now unwittingly answer to Vladimir Putin, along with waving their flags of hate, violence, and predatory values. Putin had a great deal at stake by having tRUMP in the Oval Office. The Cretin did Putin's bidding. Now, an intelligence report has been released saying that Putin had been involved with a massive 2020 propaganda messaging assault against Biden and used his Russian Idiot Assets who surrounded tRUMP to get his attacks done. These Idiot Assets no longer can pretend to adhere to any sort of Christian values, either. They have bowed down to an evil wannabe fascist dictator, who traffics in lies, and has incited violence, racial division, and hate. They allowed their wannabe fascist dictator to draw from Hitler's playbook for four years, and now, they continue to quake at the very sound of his name, while he rides around on a golf cart day in and day out chasing after his balls. They are so afraid of standing on their own merits and strengths, because they have none. Instead, they kiss his ring and perpetuate his delusional fantasies that he was cheated out of a second term as the nation's Idiot-in-Chief. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson has been nominated for a position on the U.S Supreme Court and is going through the nomination process beginning today. Those on the Reichwing side of the Party of Trump, i.e., Republican Party, also known as the Trump American Neo-Nazi Party (TANNP) have been asking very bizarre questions about her record as a Federal defense attorney. One of the top bizarro morons asking questions about her record is Congressional traitor and Putin cheerleader Senator Josh-fist raiser- Hawley. His focus has been over her child pornography cases. He is very obsessed with her cases. One must wonder why he has such an interest in this subject? Both he and Senator Mike Lee suggested that Judge Jackson was sympathetic to sex offenders. Why are they so concerned over the sentencing of sex offenders? They don’t seem to understand the facts which she followed; or, that she even went above the government or U.S. Probation recommendations. In fact, she has been endorsed by law enforcement agencies, fraternal orders and various organizations, as well as by conservative judges, and even by survivors of such crimes. Are their interests personal? They, too, seem to have ignored that in their own party are filled with individuals who continue to serve in government and who have been accused of sexual assault or even sex trafficking; and, don’t forget that their own Fuhrer Trump who has been accused numerous times of sexual assault, and even rape yet continues to wear his MAGATrumpie hat. Now Hawley is beginning to dress like his Fuhrer with the blue suit and red tie.
Hawley just cannot let it go. He tweeted the following: “Judge Jackson has opined there may be a type of ‘less-serious child pornography offender.’ … ’A ‘less-serious’ child porn offender?”
According to fact checking done by the Denver Post, she had no such opinion on the subject. She was asking questions about the subject. Sorry Oh-My-Gosh Josh, asking questions is NOT the same as having an opinion about whatever is being asked. This must be why is just a wannabe high profile judge, but just cannot get there. Jackson’s wide ranging experiences far outweigh Hawley’s legal experiences. For example, she was vice chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission when it held a hearing on sentencing guidelines in 2012.
From the Denver Post piece: “She told the hearing she was surprised at a Justice Department expert’s testimony that, as she put it, some child-sex offenders may actually “not be pedophiles” but perhaps “loners” looking for like-minded company in child pornography circles. Being surprised by an assertion and wanting to know more are not the same as endorsing it.”
“So I’m wondering whether you could say that there is a — that there could be a — less-serious child pornography offender who is engaging in the type of conduct in the group experience level?” she asked the expert witness. “They’re very sophisticated technologically, but they aren’t necessarily that interested in the child pornography piece of it?”
Hey Josh, she was asking questions and NOT putting forth an opinion.
Here is more from this Missouri insurrectionist, “Judge Jackson went below the maximum, the minimum, and below what the government requested in every single case for which we can find records, except two. In those two the law required her to impose the sentence the government recommended.”
You’ve been fact checked AGAIN, Josh, by the Denver Post, “Not so. In most of the child pornography cases where she imposed lighter sentences than federal guidelines suggested, prosecutors or others representing the Justice Department generally argued for those lighter sentences.”
“So it is not correct to assert that all but two sentences she handed down in such cases, when she served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 2013 until this year, were “below what the government requested.”
This Trump supporting NITWIT just won’t give up. He said, “As far back as her time in law school, Judge Jackson has questioned making convicts register as sex offenders.”
But again, he was fact checked and stood corrected. This must be why he had to give up practicing law. “She did question mandatory registry of sex offenders back in law school but did not come out explicitly against the practice.”
The RNC, the Reichwing National Committee said this, “Jackson has a record that includes defending terrorists.”
They too were fact checked. “Judge Jackson was working in the federal public defender’s office in the District of Columbia when she was assigned four Guantanamo Bay detainees, later continuing some of her work with them in private practice. This was after the Supreme Court ruled in 2004 that the detainees could file lawsuits challenging their indefinite detention. First, she did not defend convicted terrorists but rather suspects. The RNC ignored the presumption of innocence that is at the heart of the legal system. Second, defending people accused of a crime is exactly what defense lawyers are supposed to do. That’s why public defender’s offices exist – to represent suspects who cannot afford a lawyer or who have cases that lawyers for hire don’t want to take.”
Senator Teddie KKKruz couldn’t be left out of all the attention. He, too, was obsessed with Judge Jackson’s child pornography cases. His racist, white supremacy leanings kicked in. He needed his Texas followers to see that he was a dye in the wool racist and an opponent of Critical Race Theory, which is NOT taught in the public schools, especially in Texas. He also asked her a question which had nothing to do with the role of Supreme Court Justice. He asked her a question relevant to a person seeking a human relations position. So absurd. Why didn’t he just go ahead a read his infamous Green Eggs and Ham if he had nothing relevant to say? Or, maybe just show pictures of his trip to Mexico after the power went out in Texas while the pandemic was raging? He said the following to Judge Jackson——
“Is it appropriate for a witness to a crime to consider the race of the perpetrator when deciding whether to provide information to the police or federal authorities?” “Is it racist for a person to call police out of concern over the threatening or unlawful conduct of a person of color?”
Then, Cruz asked Jackson a series of questions he’s thrown up to other Biden appellate court nominees that reflect his recent obsession with critical race theory:
“If you are to join the D.C. Circuit, and supervise along with your colleagues the court’s human resources programs, will it be appropriate for the Court to provide its employees trainings which include the following:
a. One race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex;
b. An individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive;
c. An individual should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment solely or partly because of his or her race or sex; or
d. Meritocracy or related values such as work ethic are racist or sexist”
Cruz wanted Jackson to commit to opposing any trainings for court employees that “teach that meritocracy, or related values such as work ethic and self-reliance, are racist or sexist.” Jackson responded by reminding Cruz, who graduated from Harvard Law School a year before she did, that if confirmed, her job would be on the bench, reviewing district court decisions, “not in HR vetting the training curricula.”
The GOP is filled with perverts!! Cruz went to Judge Jackson's children's private school, entered the classroom and reviewed the books that were there in the room. Only a sick pervert would intrude on one's private life in this way. He was searching for curriculum focused on Critical Race Theory and on certain children's books. Knowing that he loves Dr. Seuss books, Cruz must have wanted to learn about how many were there for him to check out. What we learned was just how out of touch KKKruz has been with the books available to his own kids. An author, Ibram X. Kendi has been hostile toward is available in the libraries of his own daughters. KKKruz is a racist, lying hypocrite of the highest order.
Judge Jackson seemed to have put KKKruz in his place. When KKKruz asked Jackson about CRT, she responded with “It doesn’t come up in my work as a judge, it’s never something that I’ve studied or relied on and it wouldn’t be something that I would rely on if I was on the Supreme Court.” The racist from Texas had to keep going and press her on children's books with subjects that address race and racism. Again, she doped slapped this NITWIT by saying, “Senator, I have not reviewed any of those books, any of those ideas.” “They don’t come up in my work as a judge, which I am respectfully here to address.”
More of the TANNP racists had to chime in. One being Senator, I-picked-a-bale-of-cotton Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) who asked, “Since becoming a legal adult, have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a hate crime against any person?”
Senator Ben Sassy Sasse had to push to the head of the line with his racist question. He “wanted to know if Jackson, who had by then been a federal district court judge for eight years, had ever participated in a riot. “Since becoming a legal adult, have you participated in any rallies or demonstrations where you or other participants have willfully damaged public or private property?””
WOW!! Could these NITWITs be more racist and wear their white supremacy strips more brightly? Had they asked Phony Coney Barrett such questions? Did they ask her what she did in her religious cult as a “Handmaiden?” Or, did they ask beer head Kavanaugh if he went to any KKK fundraisers for beer? He was asked about sexual assault. Yet, Hawley supported him in spite of his attention to sex offender details. Lindsey - Graham Cracker asked Judge Jackson just how religious she is. What her faith is. Yet, they asked barely nothing about the Barrett’s “Handmaiden-ing” roles.
The GOP seems to have forgotten that Beer-Here- Kavanaugh was questioned before the same committee that is now grilling Judge Jackson. Kegger Kavanaugh had been accused of raping and sexually assaulting women at his infamous kegger parties, yet the committee failed to question all the women who had come forth when there were real reasons to hear their stories regarding this pervert, who they ended up getting approved to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Now we have another NITWIT from the Party of Trump, Senator Johnnie Bozo Barrasso from Wyoming, who said that Americans “cannot afford for this process to be rushed.” Sadly, he must be suffering from brain fog following catching COVID. He forgot that Moscow Mitch McKKKonnell rushed through nearly every Reichwing justice nominations since Obama’s time in office. He quickly canceled out Obama’s pick for his choice Neil Gorsuch.

Senator Marsha Bimbo Blackburn from Tennessee who was all up in arms over Biden’s announcement of Judge Jackson’s nomination while a war in Ukraine is raging and made a ridiculous claim that Biden was “putting the demands of the radical progressive left ahead of what is best for our nation.”
Can anyone make sense of what she is talking about? Can she actually tell us all what is best for the country, at this point in time? Is she saying that another Reichwing justice, or allowing Justice Thomas to remain on the court, is best for the country? Or, that during a war created by her guy in Moscow, Putin, is not a good time for a Black woman judge be considered for the court? If it had been a white supremacy aligned judge, such as Josh Hawley or Ted Cruz, being vetted by Congress, that would be just fine? Blackburn has her knickers all tied in a knot because the Supreme Court passed a law allowing birth control for married couples in the 1960s and for single adults to be permitted to be in possession of birth control materials, and that included condoms. Blackburn doesn’t believe that the Supreme Court had the right to pass such an individual right in America. This is the new GOP—the Gang of Putin.
The Party of Trump have some very disgusting people representing the people of this country. There are some whining and crying that Dark Money have been influencing the nomination of Judge Jackson. What are they crying about? The GOP—Gang of Putin—have been using Dark Money to do whatever they can to influence elections and nominations. Reichwing organizations, such as The Federalist Society, helped Trump choose Supreme Court Justice nomination by providing him with the choices. Texas Reichwing Senator JohnnyBoy KKKorny Cornyn was complaining that Demand Justice and the Sixteen Thirty Fund were funneling dark money into nomination process.
The Reichwing complainers are whining how the Left wants to rubber stamp Justice Breyer with Justice Jackson. Are they drinking too many Trump Clorox lattes? Talking about rubber stamping far-Reich choices to the court, just look at the Trump justices. All three are clones of Justice Thomas. Pretty sad. Thomas is the far-Reich’s mould.
The GOP—Gang of Putin—have been sending dark money to white supremacy groups. So, what are they talking about?
Roger Sollenberger, wrote in his Daily Beast article, “Donors Trust raised $360M last year. They’ve been spreading around that money to white supremacist organizations, Jan. 6 organizers, conservative causes, and universities.” Donors Trust is connected to Koch Industries founder, who is also staying in Russia instead of joining other multi-nationals sanctioning Putin in efforts to end his genocidal war. But not Charles Koch. In true white supremacy and fascist form, he has become “the “dark money ATM of the right.””
Donors Trust gave money to various Reichwing groups. One being the VDARE Foundation. Far-right dark money has been funneled into private and public colleges and universities and their affiliated think tanks. These groups are all about fighting Critical Race Theory. Such groups are Young Americans for Liberty, and the New Century Foundation. Donors Trust has affiliations with the neo-Nazi group - Identity Evropa. Donors Trust donations eventually found its way into the Tea Party Patriots, and Turning Point. Turning Point is operated by Charlie Kirk. He provided buses to the January 6, 2020 insurrection, along with the March to Save America, which happened before the domestic terrorist event against the Capital. They got $780,000 from the trust in 2020.
Another dark money funder comes out of the Bradley Foundation, Robert Bradley junior, the founder and CEO of the Institute for Energy Research. This institute is all about oil and gas and countering the seriousness of real climate change concerns.
The dark money Donors Trust funneled cash into an anti-Muslim group, which also trafficked in conspiracy theories, operated by Frank Gaffney called The Center for Security Policy. And then there is Propter Strategies, and its Delta Project and the Internal Security Project. We cannot forget the one-time FreedomWorks, a Tea Party movement. And then there is the Keep Elections Great Project, which also goes by Save Our Country. These groups had a presence with those involved in the January 6 insurrection.
Steve -Putinite- Bannon has a non-profit called the Government Accountability Institute, which was also backed by Rebekah Mercer, a Reichwing fascist financier. She is a co-investor in the far-Reich on-line social media site called Parler, and Breitbart, a fascist oriented media site.

This is what is going on in this country to undermine democracy, freedom, voting rights, liberty and justice for everyone. Dark money runs the efforts to destroy the very foundation of what this nation has believed in for centuries. So, for the GOP to complain that a dark money group has been working to see Judge Jackson nominated for the Supreme Court is ludicrous and hypocritical, at the very least.
