These Idiot Assets no longer can pretend to adhere to any sort of Christian values, either. He said, "You see the other ways others are treated that are so bad and so evil." Donald Trump summed up his presidency in just one sentence. And, his crime syndicate: from Congress on down to the brainwashed housewife and husband are all included in the way others have been treated through their bad and evil actions.

Brian Babin of Texas, Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona, Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas, Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona, Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland, Rep. Jody Hice of Georgia, Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, Rep.-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia. 

Why wasn’t Lauren Bimbo Boebert in on this? It must have been because her Shooters bar, back in Colorado, was shot down and had to close for financial reasons. We need to stop calling the so-called conservatives on the U.S. Supreme Court conservatives. They are Far-Reich Christian Taliban Justices. Instead of creating Sharia Law, they are creating a Far-Reich Christian Law for the entire nation. Bimbo Boebert believes that the U.S. Constitution was written as a Christian document.  She said, The Constitution has God all over it.” How did she come up with that when the Founders fled religious nationalism and created a nation with religious freedom and no official religion, as well as a separation between church and state? 

The SCOTUS is leading Catholic fascists into the American Carnage Movement. Their legal decisions will end democracy, and usher tin-pot local despots into political office. 

How bad does it get when eleven congresspersons meet with Duh’Fuhrer in the days before 1/6 in order to participate in the act of sedition. They were supportive of Powell and others to confiscate all the country’s voting machines very likely to recalibrate and reprogram them in order to create their own reality by falsely proving that t-RUMP won the election.

The SCOTUS majority will likely rule in 2023 to legalize such criminal acts by deciding that the Independent State Legislature doctrine can strengthen state legislatures by giving them greater authority and power over their governors and state supreme courts in order to control voters, votes and elections, even if their actions are illegal.

RawStory Matthew Chapman reported on Wahajat Ali’s piece for the Daily Beast, “The background of the case is that North Carolina Republicans had a congressional gerrymander overturned by the state's Supreme Court, ordering a redraw of the maps that resulted in relatively fair districts. However, GOP officials from the state have sued to restore the old maps, advancing a novel theory called the "independent state legislature doctrine." The argument goes that the term "legislature" in the Elections Clause of the Constitution means that legislatures have final, unchecked say over election laws in their state — meaning state courts can't review whether election policies are constitutional.”

"If the court buys this nonsense theory, then the Republican-controlled state legislatures would be immune from any interference from state courts, governors, and elected officials who step up to protect voting rights and fight back against 'constitutional mischief.’”

What is coming up is the Moore v. Harper case brought forth by Christian Reichwingers, which would “empower Republican state legislatures to ignore their own constitutions and throw out election results they don't like.”

t-RUMP installed his own “junta” (a small group ruling the country before a legally constituted government had been installed). The fascists on the Supreme Court may end up legitimizing state installed juntas to steal future elections.

On Fresh Air Terry Gross interviewed the New Yorker journalist Andrew Marantz. He detailed the U.S. Reichwing’s attraction to Hungary’s dictator Viktor Orban. He discussed Focks Snooze’s number one fascist elitist *ucker Carlson has praised Orban and is spreading propaganda for him. Carlson claimed that free speech in Hungary is stronger than here in the U.S. *ucker said that in Hungary, anyone can criticize the prime minister but here, if you criticize Biden your life will be threatened requiring body guards to protect you. *ucker seems to have forgotten that he criticizes Biden all day long and he doesn’t have bodyguards protecting him from Democrats. Terry pointed out that those who are threatened by the Reich are Democrats and t-RUMP’s crazy pathetics. Marantz believes that *ucker might actually run for president in 2024, and has a stronger delivery than DeSantis.

Orban will be speaking at the next CPAC event in Texas rallying his fascist agenda among the American Taliban attendees.

A 72-page report signed by several conservative federal judges and lawyers have come forth to verify that there was no widespread voter fraud at the federal, or state, or even local levels that would have changed the election results. Out of the 64 legal challenges brought forth by Duh’Fuhrer to challenge the election results, zero were decided in t-RUMP’s favor. Therefore, the election was not stolen.

Anyone surprised?” And, Arizona’s Representative Debbie Lesko couldn’t fathom that a ten year old child was able to have a child. A child having a child. Ohio Representative Bob Gibbs was also struggling with this horrible act against a child. He said, “I’m amazed a 10-year old got pregnant—You really wrestle with that. That’s a tough one.” And then, there was Texas Representative Roger Williams who said, “I’m a pro-life guy, OK? And God’s in charge on this. ... We're all God's children. This is a tough call, and I don’t know if I know that answer right now, because now you’ve got another baby involved: She’s pregnant. … She’s a baby.”

God is in charge of this? What is he talking about? People have free will. God wasn’t in charge of this horrible violation of one of God’s children. Roger!!! This was a criminal act. An evil buffoon was elected president and when he lost a second term he went berserk beginning on December 1, 2020 when his combover went vertical after BillyBobBarr said there was no widespread voter fraud. This caused him to throw a major hissy fit as he flung his triple cheeseburger with catsup onto the dining room wall. This not being the first time. There were times when baby tRUMP tossed the tablecloth over making a serious mess for someone else to clean up for him. That has been the story of his life—having other people, much smarter than him, to clean up his messes.

This man-child with the emotional intelligence of a toddler, just days before the Capital riot, was pushing for a plan to overthrow the election as he plotted with his fascist attorney John Eastman, along with Mark Meadows to develop a scheme using fake electors, with fake documentation to be submitted to the National Archives in order to subvert the legitimate electors. Duh’Fuhrer Trump used intimidation tactics against election officials, Secretaries of State, governors and neighborhood election workers to turn the election results in his favor. This being a serious crime. 

Once January 6 rolled around, after his speech at the “Storm and Steal” rally at the Ellipse said that ‘we must fight; we are doing this for our country; it’s important for our Constitution’; (Actually just for Trump. It had nothing to do for the Constitution or the country.) ‘we will go to the Capital together; let’s hope Mike Pence will do the right thing’; on and on ad nauseam. Once he was escorted back into the limo, he demanded that his driver and staff take him to the Capital so he could direct his Nazi Stormtroopers to scale the castle wall and retake the kingdom. But his staff refused so the Grifter from Queens tried to grab hold of the steering wheel in order to take control of the vehicle, but was pulled away. Then he attempted to choke the driver by grabbing his clavicles (collar bones) demanding he be driven to the Capital while bellowing out “I am the president.” Once again he failed. 

Once back at Cheeseburger Central, he told his staff to remove all metal detectors from the Capital area by proclaiming ‘They’re with me!’ ‘They like me.’ “Let my people in. “They are not here to hurt me. Apparently, the Attorney General is pursuing this investigation, which could lead to an indictment.

 Wajahat Ali writing for the Daily Beast said that the entire GOP is complicit in the coup attempt. He wrote following the testimony of Mark Meadow’s Chief of Staff Cassidy Hutchinson’s eye-opening accounting of the events before, during, and after the attempted coup before the J6 hearing “exposed the entire right-wing ecosystem as active and willing participants in a failed authoritarian’s desire to use any means to stay in power; to use violence, intimidation, and illegality to ensure power for his [Trump’s] radicalized MAGA movement that has now consumed the GOP and replace all “rational” Republicans.” 

As reported by Cassidy Hutchinson, tRUMP said, “I don’t fucking care that they have weapons.” The NITWIT from Queens was only considering the crowd size and that it will be YUUGE. The RNC tried to falsify what actually happened on J6 into something else by saying that the event was attended by “ordinary people” expressing “legitimate political discourse.”

The crimes Cipollone was referencing were to include obstruction, seditious conspiracy assault and fraud. The fraud being Trump grifting $250M from his fans, which claimed was to be used to fight election fraud, when in fact, it was used for his personal and business expenses. Now some of it is being used to pay attorney’s fees for his allies who speak well of him at the J6 hearings.

Ali wrote, “But perhaps the greatest crime is the GOP’s cowardice and utter lack of patriotism. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Fox News hosts Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity knew the coup was dangerous and reckless, as per their text messages and alleged statements, yet they have only nurtured, normalized, and strengthened the MAGA radicalized cult with more fear, disinformation, and lies. Instead of standing up to Trump and the big lie, a majority of Republicans, who barely escaped with their lives on Jan. 6, proceeded to vote against certifying the election that day. Now a majority of GOP voters believe in the big lie, and more than 100 Republicans who have won their primary since May support it as well. At a local level, the GOP is committed to the “precinct strategy” and is using an army of right-wing activists to disrupt elections across the country in which they lose.”

It takes 1000 of these pellets, called Nurdles, to make just one Coke bottle. This factory facility with train tracks and roads and bridges running through it. It is size of the Pittsburgh International Airport. It sits on a mile of riverfront property.  It is lit up 24/7 making the evening look like noon-time daylight. They are allowed to spew 522 tons of Volatile Organic toxics compounds (VOC) into the air every year (1.4 tons daily with a reach of 20 miles), which are called Hazardous Air Pollutants by the EPA. Ammonia, benzene, toluene, methylbenzene, nitrogen dioxide, and more. They received $1.65B dollars in tax credits over 25 years. These compounds will be released during flaring, the incineration of these chemicals, which will be thrown into the air. One could see the flames coming from the smokestacks.

Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch is getting lots of blowback from his decision to allow prayer on a public school ball field conducted by a paid coach because his decision was based on his own lie. Gory Gorsuch made the claim in his court decision that the coach’s, an employee, First Amendment rights were violated, since all the guy was doing was engaging in “quiet personal prayer” as he knelt on the field. But in fact, the coach was like an Evangelical preacher holding court with a large group of players surrounding him. GoryG sited the word “quiet” 14 times, as was noted by Paul Waldman from The Washington Post. Some players felt pressured to join in this ‘Come to Jesus’ moment following the game on the 50 yard line. GoryG also claimed that the coach was just whispering under his breath and not leading a religious service, yet he took a player’s helmet and raised it up in the air as a call to Jesus, as he knelt. 

The reason this case reached the SCOTUS’s bench was because the coach, Joseph Kennedy, was relieved of his coaching duties because he used the Bremerton public school grounds for his religious purposes. He sued and the court majority ruled in his favor. So now, religious services can be held on government property. GoryG actually believed, even after being shown photos of a large student prayer gathering, that Kennedy was only engaged in a private prayer moment. What reality does Gorsuch live in? Alito believed that the coach was engaging in just a few private prayer moments when in fact that was a lie, too. Gorsuch had an agenda and the facts didn’t matter. Justice Sonia Sotomayor doped slapped him upside the head with her dissent:

"To the degree the Court portrays petitioner Joseph Kennedy's prayers as private and quiet, it misconstrues the facts.” "The record reveals that Kennedy had a longstanding practice of conducting demonstrative prayers on the 50-yard line of the football field. Kennedy consistently invited others to join his prayers and for years led student athletes in prayer at the same time and location. The Court ignores this history." She continued describing what happened on 9/11/15, with Kennedy on the field. He “led a prayer out loud, holding up a player’s helmet as the players kneeling around him.” In her dissent, she slammed her Reichwing colleagues for eroding the separation between church and state, a belief that the Founding Fathers and authors of the Constitution were fearful of and clearly believed in. "The Court sets us further down a perilous path in forcing States to entangle themselves with religion, with all of our rights hanging in the balance.”  "As much as the Court protests otherwise, today's decision is no victory for religious liberty."

Peters has quite the rap sheet. The 10 counts include her efforts to copy voting machine software, criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, identity theft, etc. 

Reichwing US Representative Mary Miller of Illinois was so happy to be invited to Duh’Fuhrer Trump’s “Save America” rally that she gushed over the abolishment of abortion by the SCOTUS. She said it was a “historic victory for White life.” Did she really mean “right to life?” Probably not because she did not say “white to life.” She then proclaimed her loyalty to her crime boss when she said she was “honored” to have his endorsement. If she is honored to be in the good graces of a two-time impeached criminal, then what would repulse her?

We just cannot get away from the two founders of the New Congressional Three Stooges Caucus, Lauren Bimbo Boebert, who won her Colorado primary run, and Margie Taylor Greene Slime. Boebert must have forged her high school diploma because she has no idea what is in the U.S. Constitution. She actually believes that there is no separation between church and state (The Establishment Clause). She described Jefferson’s document that laid out his belief that there should be a separation between church and state as his “stinkin” letter and such a division was “junk.” This NITWIT from the 3rd District in Colorado said, “The church is supposed to direct the government. The government is not supposed to direct the church. This is not how our founding fathers intended it.”

In 1801 Jefferson penned a letter to the Danbury Baptist Association, which said, 

"I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should ‘make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,’ thus building a wall of separation between Church and State.” 

And the whiny Greene slime is all up in arms because people are “harassing” her by leaving notes on her office door laughing at her for her quotes of the Bible, among other things. In another Facebook Live broadcast from inside Pelosi's office on February 22, 2019, Greene suggested the House speaker will "suffer death or she'll be in prison" for her "treason." “Elsewhere on her Facebook page, Greene liked comments that advocated to "arrest" Obama and former Secretary of State John Kerry and one comment that said, "HANG that bitch," referring to either Obama or Kerry or possibly both of them. She also liked a comment that urged for "civil war 2.0" to begin.” This was reported by Em Stock and Andrew Kaczynski for CNN.

He said, "You see the other ways others are treated that are so bad and so evil." Donald Trump summed up his presidency in just one sentence. And, his crime syndicate: from Congress on down to the brainwashed housewife and husband are all included in the way others have been treated through their bad and evil actions.

Yet, Little Miss Prissy went on her father’s Daddy Needs Love and Big Lie tour raising Cain over his illegitimate losses in front of crowds of COVID infected zombies. She faked her innocence before the J6 committee. 

According to Kluwer Patent Blog, the question is “whether enhanced damages are nonetheless a possibility where an infringer purposefully avoids knowledge of patent infringement.” 

In the case of t-RUMP’s “willful blindness” in regards to his stolen election allegations, would there be precedence when using the same argument used in a purposeful avoidance of patent infringement case? “The Supreme Court did make clear, however, that enhanced damages awards are only available in “egregious cases” of misconduct that involve more than “typical” infringement.” No doubt, the stealing of an election through fake electors, and an insurrection would qualify “egregious.” “Further, the Court made clear that enhanced damages were “designed as a ‘punitive’ or ‘vindictive’ sanction for egregious infringement behavior,” and reserved for behavior that was “willful, wanton, malicious, bad-faith, deliberate, consciously wrongful, flagrant, or—indeed—characteristic of a pirate.”

Hey!! We could easily equate  t-RUMP’s actions as those of a pirate. “Willful, deliberate, consciously wrongful and flagrant” all apply to #45’s actions leading up to J6.

“Typically, claims for enhanced damages are based on allegations of willful misconduct—so much so that, although the words “willful” and “willfulness” do not appear in § 284, plaintiffs and courts often refer to claims for enhanced damages as “willful infringement claims.” “In practice, the determination of a claim for enhanced damages is a two step process: (1) the jury determines whether the infringement is “willful (or, indeed, wanton, malicious, in bad-faith, deliberate, consciously wrongful, flagrant, or characteristic of a pirate), as alleged by the plaintiff and, if so, (2) the judge determines whether the behavior is sufficiently egregious to warrant enhanced damages…”

Does this sound like t-RUMP could be legally charged with the crimes mentioned above?

“The Federal Circuit has made clear that “[k]nowledge of the patent alleged to be willfully infringed” is a prerequisite for enhanced damages.  But “‘willful misconduct’ [does] not mean that a court may award enhanced damages simply because the evidence shows that the infringer knew about the patent and nothing more.” In a previous Supreme Court case, their decision was “interpreted as requiring—at a minimum—knowledge of infringement (of the patent). And “[i]t is circumstance that transforms simple knowledge into such egregious behavior” that warrants punishment.”

It is clear that in t-RUMP’s case, there is plenty of “circumstance”. “The doctrine of willful blindness allows a finding of willful blindness to substitute for a finding of actual knowledge in criminal or civil proceedings.” “…the Supreme Court has allowed willful blindness to replace actual knowledge that the acts induced constituted patent infringement.”

In t-RUMP’s case, it isn’t patent infringement, but crimes against the government. “In the eyes of the Supreme Court, acting with willful blindness is “just as culpable as . . . actual knowledge” because the actor “can almost be said to have actually known the critical facts.” #45 was told of the actually known (by Bill Barr and others) critical facts that the election wasn’t stolen from him. His false claims persistently used to stir up hate and anger against the U.S government, our legal election system, our elections, our Constitution, our freedoms, and even against Joe Biden for claiming he stole it away from him through “dirty tricks” performed at election sites could be seen as “willful blindness.”

“Willful blindness has two requirements: “(1) [t]he defendant must subjectively believe that there is a high probability that a fact exists and (2) the defendant must take deliberate actions to avoid learning of that fact.” “And “[u]nder this formulation, a willfully blind defendant is one who takes deliberate actions to avoid confirming a high probability of wrongdoing,” as opposed to one “who merely knows of a substantial and unjustified risk of such wrongdoing.”

#45 seems to fit the requirements. He believed that he won the election because people like John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Junior Trump, Rudy “Ghouliani”, Sidney Powell, Ginni Thomas, and others kept telling him that he was the rightful winner of the 2020 election. He took willful action to avoid learning the facts and blocked out the facts and the truth. There were Trump Nazi allies, such as Mo Brooks who told t-RUMP to rescind the election. These people were pushing t-RUMP to commit treason on their behalf and for their own political gain. They were all complicit accomplices in the NITWIT from Queens actions to commit treason.

While on the other hand, there were individuals, such as Bill Barr, who kept telling Duh’Fuhrer Trump that he did NOT win the election. Kellyanne Conway claimed that she told her boss that he lost the election. Paul Ryan and Rep. Dan Crenshaw were another. In addition, there were over 60 lawsuits against election officials to make their case that there was election fraud and election tampering. Each one of these lawsuits ended up losing, too. T-RUMP’s claim of ballots stuffed in suitcases and tossed in the rivers were also proven false. There was no evidence of this. “Ghouliani” insisted that a black suitcase under an election counting desk was where ballots for Trump were stuffed in order to be tossed away. But that was a lie, as well. That box was a lock box in order to protect ballots that had to be counted the next day, since the hand counting process took days to complete.

The big question now is Merrick Garland just a strand of Christmas garland, or has he a pair of Christmas balls? It appears there is a strong case against 45 in the courts. Let it be made.

In an article posted on RawStory by Matthew Chapman, he makes the case that 45 committed treason when he failed to use security forces to protect the Capital and the Capital police trying to defend it. On MSNBC, former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner detailed his opinion that 45 committed treason.

Kirschner said, "This was a plan, a scheme.” "This was not a riot or a crowd that got over enthusiastic and sort of spun out of control, and I can't wait to see more information in the coming public hearings about the meeting in the Oval Office between Trump, Flynn, Giuliani and Powell. I'm quite sure the J6 committee has some information about that. They are going to present. Last night we sort of got the impression that there were no adults in the room at the time, no lovers of democracy in there to try to keep that — that conspiracy, you know, contained, and we heard, that you know, some people did rush in and when we heard these folks were meeting in the Oval of course, but about an hour after that meeting we got the tweet. The plan had been hatched, and Donald Trump was implementing it. Come to D.C. on January 6th. It will be wild."

"The other word ... that you heard yesterday was war," said Kirschner. "Why does that become important? Well, where is that word prominently featured in the big ugly blue book of federal laws, the United States Code, the crime of treason, and every time I heard war, my mind went back to treason which is a very short and simple statute. Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, like the president, levies war against the United States, is guilty of treason."

“The real indication of a crime, Kirschner argued, is Trump's lack of response to what was going on.”

Does “willful blindness” apply here? According to General Mike Milley, Pence had to call up additional security forces after his wannabe crime boss failed to do so. He said that there needed to forces called to there Capital, even though Pence didn’t have the authority to do so. Trump was furious because he did not want Pence looking like he was now in charge and that Duh’Fuhrer Trump was no longer capable of fulfilling his presidential duties, especially during a time of the insurrection and those in the halls of Congress were fearing for their lives.

We have Margie Taylor Greene Slime at it again. She once again demonstrated that she has a very difficult time mastering the art of the English language when speaking before an audience.

Last Wednesday, when the House was debating a vote on the “Protection Our Kids Act,” which was a gun reform plan, she said, “due-process rights that are being so fragrantly and horrifically violated.” By the way, the package for gun reform did pass the House and then it went to the Senate.

Greene Slime meant to say flagrantly, but instead said FRAGRANTLY. She must have been smelling her own foul stench wafting out of her body, which she so believes is fragrant.
