Mayhem Donald just seems to scoring zero when it comes to favorable court decisions. Now that Judge Eileen Cannon-fodder has been seriously rebuked by an assortment of very experienced lawyers, including law professor Laurence Tribe, the consensus is that she is unfit to serve as a judge. Her special master Judge Dearie has had his role as overseer of the stolen documents shelved. 

Duh’Fuhrer t-RUMP-ASSaurus just cannot stop the prosecutors from following their criminal cases against the first former presidential traitor-in-chief. Now Garland’s straight from the Hague, special counsel Jack Smith is ready to roll as the guy who might lead Donald down the path of no return. What will the charges end up being? Stealing government documents? The unlawful interference with the transfer of presidential powers? Obstruction of justice? Election tampering? Pressure to appoint fake electors?

Special Counsel Smith has subpoenaed records from several states involving document communications between those state officials and the goons working on the  t-RUMP-ASSaurus’ election fraud scheme, such as ‘Ghouliani’, Eastman, ‘Kraken’ Powell, and others. Smith is investigating Duh’Fuhrer’s role in the 1/6 coup plot and attack on the Capital, as well as the election fraud scheme, along with the Moron from Queen’s theft of government documents. His plate of full!!!!

As the Trump Org.’s CFO, Alan Weisselberg has been led in hand cuffs to a cell at Riker’s Island, but not before telling the court that his bosses, Eerie Eric, and Dumb-Dumb Donnie repeatedly and knowingly committed tax fraud. Now we must wait for the NY A.G and/or the Manhattan D.A to indict these two ‘Dumbster Trumpsters’ on tax fraud. Maybe there is a suite of cells adjoining Weisselberg’s new home at Rikers. Alan only got 5 months in jail, but if it is found that he withheld information or lied, he will likely get 15 years.

The Trump Org. trial featuring Alan Weisselberg has ended and the t-RUMP criminal Organization caught a bullet. Guilty on all counts!!! 4 counts on tax fraud and one count against the payroll part of the enterprise!!! Where will the next bullet land?

What we now have learned is that Donald’s lawyers didn’t want another subpoena to search their client’s properties for more government documents, so they hired their own people to do the job instead of the FBI or the DOJ sniffing around. They decided to open up a storage locker rented by Duh’Fuhrer to store his swords and wrestling belts, among other things, such as two “confidential” government files. These two files must be pretty special for the Moron from Queens to stash them among his wrestling belt gifts. The big question is, so where did he stash the rest of the missing files?

What has now come out is that Duh’Fuhrer failed to tell the American people that he was desperate in finding a lender that would be willing to give him a $19.8M short term loan back in 2016 when he was running for president. This was a purposeful decision to withhold this information from the votes. The lender was a South Korea conglomerate called L/P Daewoo. This company is a massive company involved in the manufacturing of vehicles, heavy equipment, and more. They also had ties to North Korea back in the mid-1990s. Was Daewoo involved in South Korea’s missile projects?

According to Mary Papenfuss, “He didn’t list the debt in financial disclosure filings, as candidates and presidents are expected to do”, which was reported by Forbes. He paid the loan off in five months, which stretched into his time in the Oval Office Daycare Center. 

The current erosion of our freedoms and democracy can be directly linked to Duh’Fuhrer t-RUMPassaurus and his anti-semitic inclinations. He has brought about the normalization of hate. Michael Kunzelman writing for the AP details it by illustrating that the nation’s celebrities have been willing to show their attraction to Nazism. We have t-RUMP as their master’s of ceremonies, followed by his followers in Congress, such as Taylor Greene-Slime, Bimbo Boebert, Paullie Gosar, and others. Then we come to Duh’Fuhrer’s fan club members, such as Wee-Wee-Yee-Yee West, once known as Kanye, Nick Fuentes, and the NBA star Kyrie Irving, who has been promoting an anti-semitic film on various media platforms, which has yet to be removed from Amazon Prime.

Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber, who is a key figure in the South Florida Jewish community, said this: “These are not fringe outliers sending emails from their parents garage or idiots no one has ever heard of. When influential mainstream cultural, political and even sports icons normalize hate speech, everyone needs to be very concerned.”

Peter Hayes, a history professor at Northwestern University, who specializes in Nazi Germany and the Holocaust said this about the normalizing of hate and anti-semitic tropes. When our society allows for the “public discussion of things that used to be beneath contempt we should all be concerned.” He went on to point out that "It’s one of the many ways in which America has to get a grip and stop toying with concepts and ideas that are potentially murderous.”

Jonathan Greenblatt, who is the national director and CEO of the Anti-Defamation League, was very disturbed when Donald’s two Nazi celebrity fans were invited to Grift-Alota-Lago for a party. The Trump American Nazi Party, once known as the GOP, seems fine with this movement toward fascist Nazism by politicians.

“In April, the Anti-Defamation League announced that its annual tally of antisemitic incidents reached a record high last year. The organization counted 2,717 incidents of assault, harassment, and vandalism in 2021, a 34% increase over the previous year and the highest number since the ADL began tracking the events in 1979.”

Holocaust survivors in this country are feeling a heightened level of fear with the rising anti-semitic violence and threats. They never thought the rise of Nazism would be here in this country. And, all of the Jewish donors to Donald Trump can be seen as part of the problem. They financially supported the rise of the new American Fuhrer.

The Reichwing state legislatures are arguing before the Supreme Court that they want to be able to move forward with their Independent State Executive theory. If the fascist majority on the Court decides to rule in favor of allowing Reichwing state legislatures to collude with one another in order to choose their own electorates and dump the legitimately chosen electorates if the presidential election results aren’t decided in their favor, then fascism has won. 

A Reichwing political takeover by state legislators would be able to discount state constitutional court decisions. What would happen is an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court tying up Congress’s decision on who would be the rightful president. The Reichwing Senators in the Congress would end up recognizing these fake electors instead of the legitimate ones. The Reichwing court justices and the those who are in favor of an Independent State Executive ruling believe that if a state court decides that if the state legislature overstepped it legal authority by sidestepping state constitutional and federal laws and pass laws that would restrict voting rights is acceptable then we are in real trouble. The only recourse would be to appeal each state legislature’s decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Here is the December 7 oral arguments heard by the Supreme Court in the Moore v. Harper case. 

“Following the 2020 census, the North Carolina Legislature drew a redistricting plan, which the state Supreme Court ruled was a partisan gerrymander in violation of the North Carolina Constitution. Making an argument known as the “independent state legislature theory,” the state legislators say the U.S. Constitution does not allow state judicial review of federal election laws. The case could force a showdown between textualism and federalism, says Richard Briffault, Joseph P. Chamberlain Professor of Legislation and an expert on election law and state law.” 

Here is the argument: “The independent state legislature theory grows out of the very specific language in the Constitution, in Article I, Section 4: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof.” 

The state legislature writes the rules for the election of members of Congress. There’s further language that says that Congress can change those rules: “But the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.” But ordinarily, the state legislatures write the rules. 

The theory suggests that when the Constitution says “the legislature,” it means the legislature somehow independent of the rest of state government. The theory is a device designed to limit the ability of state courts, when they interpret state statutes or the state constitution, from imposing constraints or setting aside provisions of state legislation regarding federal elections. 

In other words, if a state court says that something that the state legislature did regarding election law is unconstitutional under the state constitution, only the Supreme Court can reverse that and strike it down. The response is that legislatures don’t exist outside of the full structure of state government, including the state constitutions that set them up and authorize them, which also includes state Supreme Courts. 

However, the current Supreme Court gives a lot of weight to the literal constitutional text. They might make the point that in other places in the Constitution; it talks about “the states;” And here it talks about “the legislature.” That might mean only that the Founders wanted to make sure it was the legislature, not the governor, that acted for the state with respect to federal elections. But the text does say the legislature.”

If the Supreme Court chooses Reichwing fascism:

“The decision would affect the role of state Supreme Courts in reviewing, under state constitutions, state legislative redistricting of congressional districts. 

The short-term political goal [of supporters of the independent state legislature theory] reflects the fact that many state legislatures are gerrymandered, and this allows those gerrymandered legislatures to, in turn, gerrymander the congressional delegations. The U.S. Supreme Court has said [in Rucho v. Common Cause in 2019] that there is no federal constitutional constraint on gerrymandering. 

A number of state constitutions and a number of state Supreme Courts have pursued constraints on gerrymandering. A handful of state constitutions have very specific constraints on partisan gerrymandering. But other state constitutions, like North Carolina’s, have fairly general provisions. They use language like “free and fair” or “free and equal” elections. These state courts have read the requirement that an election be “free” as a prohibition on partisan gerrymandering. 

Another question is how would the ruling impact state-level reforms of congressional redistricting, whether by independent commissions or by state Supreme Courts.”

Hershel Walker lost his bid to win a senate seat for Georgia, in spite of the fact that he lives in Texas. Raphael Warnock won by around 25K votes. Some 1.6M Georgians voted for Walker. 

The RNC, or should be say the Reichwing National Committee, which is led by Ronna McDaniel was very unhappy that their stooge wasn’t elected to the senate. She is totally freaked out that Walker was told to take a hike in the runoff election. Now she wants her fascist party to end mail-in voting and early voting in order to control those non-fascists from winning elections. She has gotten her knickers all in a twist because with early voting the election cannot be decided at the end of that Election Day. Whaa, Whaa, Whaa! Ronna is in a different zonna than the needs of the people.

Around 3000 German officers mobilized forces to raid around 130 sites in 11 of Germany’s 16 states (or one might see them as provinces in another country) against 22 individuals who are a part of a Reichwing group called the Reich Citizens movement. One or the members was a Russian!! Another was arrested in Austria. And another in Italy!!!

WOW!! We in the U.S need to do the same thing and arrest Boebert, Taylor Greene Slime, Gaetz, Gosar, Hawley, Cruz, Kari Lake, and a slew of other political figures, along with Duh’Fuhrer. There should be no tolerance for the Trump American Nazi Party in this country. German prosecutors called the people who were “detained” a “terrorist organization with the goal of overturning the existing state order in Germany and replace it with their own form of government…”

WOW again!!! We need to “detain” t-RUMP for the calling for the termination of the U.S Constitution in order to replace it with a t-RUMP formulated constitution which would include him as our forever Fuhrer, and a White Nationalist Christian government. This MAGAT rebellion needs to be “detained.” 

The Con From Oz---His Worship of Trump

 

The Man from Oz continues to call himself a doctor, when in fact, he no longer operates as a physician and has lost his hospital privileges where he was fired for grifting snake oil and harmful supplements. He has violated he Hippocratic Oath numerous times by selling fake supplements to gullible people, and doing serious harm to animals in his name. He is a fake and a fraud. He is trying to distance himself from Duh’Fuhrer, but he sought out his endorsement and even bowed down and kissed his Walk of Fame Hollywood star. 

During the debate with John Fetterman, the Con from Oz patronized his opponent for having a stroke earlier in the campaign. Fetterman should have countered with ‘You must be making fun of Ronald Reagan, and James Brady, who were both struck by bullets after an assassination could have taken their lives; or Congressman Scalise who suffered a gunshot injury following an attack at a baseball game he was engaged in; or any Congressperson who suffered a heart attack, or stroke, or receiving cancer treatment and returned to do his or her job? Did you do this with all your patients when you once practiced medicine? The fact is Oz you have broken your Hippocratic Oath numerous times.’ ‘And, when was the last time you took courses to maintain your medical license? Columbia University Medical Center fired your ass.’ ‘I want to remind the viewers that Oz has no plan for inflation except to vote with his Rightwing Party to cut you Social Security and Medicare, while giving more tax cuts to the corporate elite, such as Oz and his boss, Donald Trump.’ The actual reason for inflation is corporate greed, and the failure to get control over the Pandemic just after it hit our shores.’ 

It was a big disappoint that Fetterman did not hit Oz back for a knock down punch. He missed his opportunity. He must do it now!!!

Oz isn't the only TANParty con-artist selling fake supplements. Former Governor of Arkansas, and one-time wannabe U.S. president, also loves to sell stuff on television. One product *uckabee is huskering is a sleeping tablet. According to a class action lawsuit the product is called Relaxium Sleep Aid. The lawsuit alleges the product being sold as an "all-natural, clinically proven" supplement." The doctor Eric Ciliberti selling the stuff has claimed without proof that he is a "renowned neurologist. His company claims that Valerest contains a proprietary ingredient and is  "only sleep  solution" with it. But this ingredient is in many other sleep solutions. It contains Valerian root extract and hops. Some people suffer from a side-effect from Valerian. It is not "completely safe" and "can be taken everyday" as *uckabee claims on television. He is just another Oz-like con-man. Read more about it here.

Now we return to the Nitwit From Queens, who while sitting on his Oval Office Golden Potty Chair throne, just didn’t care that Americans were dying from COVID. He only cared about “the optics”, as he called it. Instead, he decided to NOT come forward and warn all of us that COVID was a danger to public health, our in-school educational system, our workplace productivity, and more. He was afraid of what the American people would think of him if he were to take the pandemic seriously and insisted people to wear masks and distance themselves from one another. Two very simple protocols that would have controlled the spread. Since he seriously downplayed the warnings from all the experts in virology and contagious diseases by saying it would be a vanishing virus in only a couple of weeks. He encouraged his followers to go maskless and insisted that wearing a mask was not the American way. He believed if he had, then he would look very stupid by changing course. But if he had, he would likely have beaten Biden.

Bob Woodward, the renowned author and investigator, authored a recent book about t-RUMP following his sit-down interviews with The Guy. He also has an audio book titled “The Trump Tapes.” In this audiobook he says that the Nitwit from Queens is “even worse than you might think.” Woodward asked him about his relationship with Lil’Kim of North Korea. t-RUMP disagreed with the CIA’s assessment that Kim was “ultimately stupid.” The Guy thought he was “cunning; crafty, and very smart.” Woodward then said, “Why does the CIA say that?” Dumbass Donn answered, “Because they don’t know? Because they don’t know. They have no idea. I’m the only one that knows. I’m the only one he deals with. He won’t deal with anybody else…The work chemistry. You meet somebody and you have a good chemistry. You meet a woman. In one second you know whether or not it’s all going to happen…” Woodward was leaning on t-RUMP to explain himself. 

He reverted to a simple-minded reason—instinct. What instincts? Doofus Donn has no instincts other than to grift, and lie and cheat and con. So, was Lil’Kim turning the tables on t-RUMP and conning him into believing they had “chemistry?” More than likely. Da’RUMP said, “I get a sense he likes me. I think he likes. Okay, so, you know he’s got a great piece of land. He’s in between Russia, China, and South Korea. …Great Location.” Woodward pushed him into considering whether he might have “given Kim too much power and what he would do if the North Korean leader shot off one of his ICBMs.” Trump responded, “doesn’t matter…let me tell you, whether I gave it to him or not, if he shoots he shoots.”

This cavalier and blase attitude toward a dangerous world dictator can be seen as frightening. This once again shows that The Nitwit-from-Queens doesn’t care about anyone but himself. “Woodward was perhaps most upset by Trump’s attitude toward the pandemic, which sounds even more dreadful than it did in real time.” (Written by Heather Digby Parton, Salon, published on RawStory.)

Parton writes, “Woodward asks at one point if Trump thinks the crisis — in which the entire world economy was shut down and thousands were dying every day — was "the leadership test of a lifetime" and Trump barks out "No!”” “It is an exceedingly weird response. He consistently tells Woodward that everything is going great, while clearly failing to grasp the gravity of the situation.” “Woodward says he believes that "the tapes show that Trump's greatest failure was his handling of the coronavirus, which as of October 2022 has killed more than 1 million Americans." There is no doubt of that in my mind either. I continue to be amazed that it seems to be forgotten among Trump's many crimes, scandals and misdeeds.”

Woodward said, “Trump was the wrong man for the job. But I realize now, two years later, all the Jan. 6 insurrection, leads me to the conclusion that he's not just the wrong man for the job, he's dangerous. He is a threat to democracy and he's a threat to the presidency, because he doesn't understand the core obligations that come with that office.” The Doofus from Queens told Woodward that all his recordings and notes were his. “Everything is mine.” This is the same response he gave regarding all the documents he stole and moved to Grift-Alot-Alago. Woodward said that t-RUMP “is drowning in himself.”

It is clear that Donald Trump is a murderer.

The Dumbass from Queens is an empty vessel. He has no feelings. In the Land of Oz, he is the Cowardly Lion. He only has disdain and hate, and a fear of being disempowered. Through his behavior and actions he has brought his hate and anti-Semitism to the foreground by the legions of White Supremacists who follow him. Many love Putin for his love of White Supremacy, as well. 

Professor Jacques Berlinerblau, who teaches Jewish civilization at Georgetown University, “calls out Trump For Creating His Own ‘Volatile’ Brand of Anti-Semitism.” Trumpian antisemitism has become “far more dangerous” because he has emboldened his followers, many of whom are White Supremacists and conspiracy theory sponges to become anti-Semitic, “and raise the risk of violence against the Jewish community.” He calls out the Jewish community by dividing them into “good Jews and bad Jews,” since the “bad Jews” have strictly supported t-RUMP for his stance on Jerusalem, and tax cuts. He says “what separates the good from the bad Jews is worship of Trump—and given the idol in question, that’s what makes this strain of antisemitism so volatile and dangerous.” Trump blames the “good Jews” for not voting for him, therefore his anger toward them spews out.

His example could also apply to Christians, as well. We can separate the good from the bad Christians in the same way for the one group worshipping their fascist idol and his permission of his people to express their hate and bigotry and anti-Semitism and racism in public. When it is allowed by members of Congress to set the example, then their constituents follow suit.

Bob Woodward’s interviews shows that Trump’s brain a ‘hot diaper mess.’ Politico’s Jack Shafer wrote that Woodward’s interview with the Ex-Man “is a hot diaper mess that mainly illustrates Trump’s narcissism and willful ignorance. He doesn’t really know anything, which is forgivable. But he also doesn’t want to know anything, which isn’t.” Shafer points out that the Ex-Man doesn’t “give straight answers to simple questions and will instead turn the question into any opportunity to boast of his personal greatness,” as reported by Brad Reed for RawStory. 

Shafer hits hard by pointing out that the “Trump interviews have been and will always be futile exercises in attempting to nail a blob of mercury because that’s the way he flows. If Doorstop Bob Woodward can’t wring a coherent interrogation out of somebody after 20 interviews of 600 questions, nobody can.”

Woodward should be just as concerned over the Reichwing Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas who temporarily bailed out Lindsey Graham-Cracker from having to testify in the Georgia election fraud case where he was directly linked to overturning the Georgia election. We know which side of sedition Clarence Thomas is on. Thomas used his use of a “shadow docket” to make a unilateral legal decision to block and put a stay “pending further order of the undersigned or of the court” on the federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals decision ordering Graham-Cracker to testify. Is Thomas the Kanye West of the Supreme Court?

One has to wonder how Thomas sees himself. He a member of the American Black community, yet he ignores it time and time again by siding with the Donald da’Pig Trump and White Supremacy. Joe Scarborough pointed out in his discussion with two journalists, Mehdi Hasan and Shadi Hamid, who see t-RUMP as a master of ceremonies of the American authoritarian movement. Joe and Mehdi go even further and call it a fascist movement. They go back to the Ex-Man’s ties to Russia as illustrated in the Mueller report. Over the years, it has been proven in the courts that there was no Russian Hoax as Dumbass Donn pushed over and over again. But was proven that Russia did interfere in our election system in order to get t-RUMP elected. Joe pointed out that during the rallies, t-RUMP told members of Congress who are people of color “to go back to where they came from.” This is his “ultra-nationalist worldview.” Joe points out that t-RUMP had a fantasy plan for a Muslim registry if he got a chance put his Golden Potty Chair throne in the Oval Office. Joe pointed out when Trump was on the campaign trail  “…he did it in December of 2015, I said, my God, this is out of Germany in 1933, is it not?” You can watch the debate here.

If you believe The Ex-Man is a threat to our democracy and freedoms, then Curtis Yarvin wants to take it even further into the danger zone. Yarvin is a software engineer and a Far-Reich blogger who wants to create an app that would allow t-RUMP to run it. Yarvin wants Trump to operate an app that would allow his followers to use to get directions about where to go and what to do. In other words, this app would be Trump’s “nuclear button” allowing his followers to respond to his orders and mobilization directives. “Yarvin believes democracy has failed and wants an authoritarian ruler to exert control over the U.S. (he dislikes the term fascism, only because his model of dictatorship predates the big-F Fascism of Italy in the 1920s.)”

This guy has become an influencer and has connected with Blake Masters, J.D Vance, and Peter Thiel. And then there is *ucker Carlson, who has interviewed him on his show. All of them are fascist lovers. “Yarvin wants to be able to get the new ruler’s supporters to take to the streets” on demand.

Matt Novak writing for Gizmodo writes that the article he references originated from Vox. He continues with “the entire Vox article is definitely worth reading, if only to understand how extremism is being normalized in an era of increased racism and anti-semitism.”

Duh’Fuhrer from Queens has been mobilizing a war against legitimate voting around the country. He has his entire political party behind him—The Trump American Nazi Party, which was once known as the Republican Party. He will have his political Gestapo leading the way in their own states. He wants to challenge any Democratic win for governor and Congress. He has his sights on Pennsylvania. Being that the Fetterman versus The Con from Oz is so close. On election eve if Oz loses, t-RUMP will be ready to sue and claim election fraud.

Bobby Azarian writing for RawStory, is a cognitive neuroscientist and details how this is all going down. 

He writes that “I have come to realize that the war with Trump is a war of worldview. But it is not as simple as the Right versus the Left, and if we make the mistake of thinking it is, then we are missing a massive factor in his continued popularity and will remain clueless about how to combat it. Yes, it’s true that Trump has become the messiah for conservative America, and that Christian fundamentalists make up a big chunk of his support. These people feel like the conservative worldview is dying and that their Christian values and customs will fade into oblivion if something drastic isn’t done to reverse the trend towards secularism. Fox News fuels these fears daily, and Trump saw an opportunity to exploit the existential terror. But make no mistake—Trump is not a religious man and at his core he is no conservative. It is commonly known but ignored that he used to be a Democrat and a good buddy of both Bill and Hillary Clinton, not to mention Jeffrey Epstein, whose sleazy values were anything but conservative.” “Many just believe everything that Right-wing media feeds them and are convinced that the Left is the real danger to America. If these conservatives can be persuaded that the reality show star is not a true tribe member, it could hurt Trump’s dominance over the Republican party, and reveal to everyone that he’s not invincible. We should not expect this content to make them switch political sides, but if it can weaken Trump’s grip on America, the effort could be worth it.”  “But conservatives are not the only demographic that has drank the Trump kool-aid. Many of his supporters are not religious fundamentalists but anti-establishment types who are not necessarily socially conservative. His business background and promise to “drain the swamp” created hope that as an outsider he was going to cleanse politics of the corruption and inefficiency that people on both sides can agree is real. Of course, he did nothing of the sort, and instead populated the swamp with some of the most corrupt clowns Washington has ever seen. In addition to these frauds and shysters, like Roger Stone and Paul Manafort, Trump gave positions of power to people who were utterly incompetent—like former education secretary Betsy DeVos—because they were big GOP campaign funders.”

Duh’Fuhrer’s Christian fundamentalist mantle is being led by his former V.P. Mikey the Putz Pence. He actually believes that it is the role of the Supreme Court majority to decide what type of a religion the country needs to establish. To hell with the Constitution and a declaration that no religion should be adopted by the country. There is a real war against freedom and democracy being pushed by Pence!!

Here is what the NITWIT said, "The only person who may be worse than weak on violent crime A.G. Letitia 'Peekaboo' James, is the Judge we have on her ridiculous & highly partisan case against me & my family," Trump posted this whining rant on his TruthSocial platform. “His name is Arthur Engoron, & he is a vicious, biased, and mean 'rubber stamp' for the Communist takeover of the great & prosperous American company that I have built over a long period of years. He was appointed by my worst enemies." His rant continued. "The highly partisan Democrat Witch Hunt goes on, this time in New York... right during the important Mid-Term Elections, of course.”

Paul Pelosi, Nancy’s husband, suffered serious injuries by the Reichwing hater David DePape when he broke into their California home and struck Paul with a hammer while repeating the insurrection’s hangman’s chant on January 6th  “where’s Nancy.” He is a sick pervert who sexually abused the children he lived with. He followed the same hateful tropes that Margie Taylor Greene and t-RUMP follow. Duh’Fuhrer’s silence over this assault and attempted murder is more proof that he is the same kind of monster as DePape. 

David Frum writing for The Atlantic titled his piece., “Only the GOP Celebrates Political Violence.” “Both parties suffer partisan bloodshed. One glorifies it.” 

Violence loving Ken Buck, representing Colorado’s 4th District said this in regards to glorifying guns, “I have a message for Joe Biden and Beto O’Rourke. If you want to take everyone’s AR-15 in America, why don’t you swing by my office in Washington, D.C., and start with this one.” At this point, Buck reached for a stars-and-stripes-decorated rifle mounted on the wall. He brandished the weapon, smiled what he must have imagined was a tough-guy smile, and said, “Come and take it.”

They have made sure that voters are intimidated at their polling stations by having t-RUMP supporting vigilantes carrying AR-15 assault weapons pretending to be poll watchers. This assault against our democracy is being reinforced by the fascist Supreme Court justices, such as KKKlarence Thomas and the other Reichwingers on the court. Laurence Tribe and Dennis Aftergut call out KKKlarence as a partisan justice violating the oath he took when appointed to the court. 

The U.S code states: Title 28, Section 455 of the United States Code is the federal statute that applies to Thomas. It provides: 

“Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned” or his spouse “is known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.” 

KKKarence’s wife Ginni is a direct link to the 1/6 insurrection, yet Thomas has not recused himself over related court decisions. He has violated his oath and should be punished for his actions.

“The statute says “shall” — meaning, this is not discretionary. Congress has imposed on federal judges a mandatory duty to disqualify themselves if their impartiality might be reasonably questioned. It does not matter whether Thomas issued Graham’s desired stay or denied it; he wasn’t supposed to rule at all.”

It cannot be denied. There is a real war against freedom, liberty, individual rights, truth and facts. The Reichwing corporate elite are funding this assault against our democracy. Elon Musk is just the latest, along with his financial backers, such as Peter Thiel, and large equity groups as they buy Twitter in order make it into their image. The corporate elite trickle down their support for those in government who can be their legislative rubber stamps. It has leached into the Supreme Court with Thomas and Alito, and the other crazy Catholics sitting on the bench. This Trickle Down effect has reached the community level as the Far-Reich election deciders allow for armed sickos to intimidate voters. t-RUMP has already declared that there is election fraud even before the process has begun in various states. In order to preserve it we must see a massive Blue Wave of voters cast their support for our country in order to continue with the Democratic Experiment we have had in place since the ratification of our constitution in 1788 in spite of all its flaws.

Navarro is not the only former tRUMP staffer who has kept their computerized data hidden. Many of these same staffers were using unsecured private accounts to keep their records stored, many of which have not been turned over to the National Archives.

The DOJ is demanding that Navarro return all the government documents that he hoarded for these past couple of years, in spite of the fact that these documents are not his personal stash. They belong to the people and needed to be stored not in Navarro’s basement, but at the National Archives. What is Peter trying to hide? Did the Cretin from GriftALago tell him to hold on to them? 

Fascism is not only alive and well in the United States but Italy has just elected their own Viktor Orban of Hungary as their prime minister, who is a full-blown Nazi fascist, and has been her entire adult life. She is joining the fascist league of leaders, such as Putin, Maduro and now Poland is leaning fascist. Sweden just missed a fascist takeover during their last election. Nazi skinheads have gained a political foothold in Sweden’s parliament.

Now we have learned that Markie Meadows, another tRUMP stooge, worked to overturn the last presidential election in order to reinstall his Fuhrer back onto the Oval Office Golden Potty Chair throne. He exchanged over 2000 texts with his fellow fascist foot soldiers in Congress, cabinet officials, and even a former U.S. Attorney as reported by Denver Riggleman in his new book.

Also in the book, Riggleman claims that someone in the White House was communicating with one of the Jan. 6 bootlicking stormtrooper terrorists as the attack on the Capital was in progress. Could this have been quisling Markie Meadows? In the book, the author writes that Meadows was an architect of the 1/6 coup plot and detailed the “roadmap to an attempted coup.”

A retired fascist U.S. Army colonel Phil Waldron was in communications with Meadows spewing his conspiracy theories. He, a traitor to the government and his military service, “drafted the language for an executive order that would have allowed the Pentagon to seize voting machines, though tRUMP never signed it.”

Meadows was including Rick Perry, Sonny Purdue and Ben Carson, three idiot stooges, to say the least, in his coup plot. These three Nitwits couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag that is how desperate Meadows was to recruit even political bozos in his coup plot to execute a plan that would topple Biden’s newly elected presidential win. He even recruited that gas bag Ginny Thomas to ride his magic carpet fantasy.

Ginni Thomas, the wife of Jabba the Hutt (Star Wars) look-alike Clarence Thomas, sat before the January 6 committee. She displayed what clearly appears to be a serious mental disorder—delusional psychosis. She very likely has had a mental disorder her entire life. Now she is married to a Supreme Court justice who stars with her in their own horror movie. She spent four hours detailing her conspiracy theories and that her beloved fascist leader, The Donald, should still be president because the election was stolen from him. The committee members tried to speak with her rationally but she would have none of it. She is not part of the real world. Her life is fantasy—delusional fantasy.

We have to look no further than Amy Phony Baloney Coney Barrett whose husband set up a second office away from their hometown in South Bend, Indiana in Washington, D.C. in order to likely engage in lobbying practices, along with his steady work as a white collar criminal defense attorney, among other things. His clients include 25 Fortune 500 companies and over 15 Fortune 100 companies that might actually have a case end up before the Supreme Court. Here is another spouse of a Supreme Court Justice engaging in political activities instead of staying out of politics. Now the court looks even more political than ever. Chief Justice Robert’s wife Jane, is a headhunter for big time law firms.

Not only were Thomas and Meadows trafficking in election lies and plots to overturn the 2020 election but so was Georgia’s Representative Jody Hice who was on board to try and steal the election away from Biden through a move to use fake electors during the Electoral College count led by Da’Putz Pence. Judge Dearie, the special master, is not taking any crap from him or his lawyers. Bob Brigham reported for RawStory that according to a few expert lawyers,  tRUMP is  “quiet quitting” the special master. Dearie “ordered tRUMP’s lawyers to secure a document vendor, but in a Tuesday legal filing, the Department of Justice said none of the five major firms want to work for The Cretin, so the federal government guaranteed payment.” Andrew Weissmann said, “I think Donald Trump is doing quiet quitting. He brought this case and he realized he is worse off from having brought this case.” A document vendor would take all the documents and digitize them. The vendors were afraid that they wouldn’t get paid. So now, the DOJ will do it. No doubt tRUMP wasn’t too happy about it. Judge Dearie, also, has assigned an aide who would be paid $500 per hour by the Cretin.

Weissmann brought to light that tRUMP’s $3M attorney, which he had to pay up front, was “sidelined” by the Cretin, just weeks after signing on.

But Judge Aileen Cannon would have none of it!! She decided to step in and squash Judge Dearie’s order for the tRUMP lawyers to create an inventory of the documents and detail which documents were planted by the FBI. Judge Aileen Cannon has decided to prove that she is a part of Team Insurrection by telling special master Judge Dearie to stop performing his duties as directed. Dearie is considering resigning as the special master, a likely planned move by Cannon, who must now feel that she wants to take control. The DOJ is now considering legal action against her. Skilled attorneys have now said that she cannot remain impartial and needs the case taken away from her court.

Ripe from the shelves of the tabloids, Perry Greene, husband of Margie Taylor Greene Slime, has finally filed for divorce after 27 years of having to listen to her bloviated conspiratorial insanity leaking out from her brain. We have heard people having irreconcilable differences, drifted apart, unable to work out their problems, etc, but “irretrievably broken,” that’s a new one. Maybe that’s how the wackadoodles talk down in Floyd County, Georgia. She and her husband are worth millions together as a result of taking over her father’s general contracting business. She pretended to have an active role in the business, but apparently spent her time doing CrossFit, at her gym, no doubt, paid for by her father. Perry stepped in and became an active partner in the construction business. Greene Slime when not working out, was campaigning on her platform of hate and using her subliminal political message of winning through violence by carrying her AR-15 around the campaign trail using it as a prop. Greene Slime is begging the media to “respect our privacy” as her husband files for divorce. Hell NO Slime. You have never given anyone any privacy. You have attacked school shooting families, harassed them, stalked them, and acted this way to many others; therefore, you deserve absolutely no privacy.

In the midst of all the tRUMP stuff, Florida was hit by the 4 or 5th worst hurricane in our history. It has created the most monetary damage ever recorded.

Now that hurricane Ian has devastated much of Florida, Governor Ronnie Don’t-Say-GaySantis wants his share of socialism. He wants the government to give him some disaster relief paid for by the taxpayers. But, when it comes to other states needing disaster relief, Ronnie had said NO!! When hurricane Sandy hit New York and New Jersey in 2012, as part of the far-Reichwing Freedom Caucus in the Congress, he voted against a federal aid package for the victims. Socialism for Florida only when it suits Ronald the Destroyer.

This is what he said when the 2012 victims needed financial support. “Congress should not authorize billions in new borrowing without offsetting expenditures in other areas. If a family maxes out its credit cards and faces the need for new spending, it is forced to prioritize by reducing its spending in other areas … this ‘put it on the credit card mentality’ is part of the reason we find ourselves nearly $17tn in debt.”

Yet, he has told his impeachment trial defense attorneys that because he no longer is president, he cannot be convicted through the Senate's trial. MAGATraitor Donnie, you cannot have it both ways!

"It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us — from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can't play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You're very special. You've seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil.

I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace."

He said, "You see the other ways others are treated that are so bad and so evil." Donald Trump summed up his presidency in just one sentence. And, his crime syndicate: from Congress on down to the brainwashed housewife and husband are all included in the way others have been treated through their bad and evil actions.

Donald Trump has been the crime boss for violent, angry, criminals, such as The Oath Keepers, Boogaloo Bois, The Proud Boys, Neo-Nazis, The Three-Percenters, Russian Idiot Assets (such as the woman who stole Pelosi's laptop in order to sell it to a Russian) White Supremacists, and Q'Anoners, along with the Re-Quack-Publicans in Congress. She points out that Americans who belong to a church, synagogue, or mosque is down to 47 percent from 1999 when it was 70 percent. Bob Brigham of RayStory, who is detailing her NYT’s analysis, pointed out that she wrote that “the number of non-believers is on the rise, with roughly one in four Americans identifying as atheist, [secular humanists], agnostic or ‘nothing in particular’.” The number of Americans who actually believe in a GOD is down sharply over the decades. This must infuriate the court’s Taliban Nazis who want to force their fanatical beliefs down the into the lives of each and every American. It sounds like what has happened in Afghanistan. William Bredderman of the Daily Beast has looked into her financial disclosure documents and found a link to a company that was “accused of making bribes to the Trump administration in an effort to get approval on a massive construction project hampered by environmental rules.” Palin put up around $500,000 “in a limited liability corporation tied to El Dorado Holdings, a company that was the focus of a congressional investigation in 2019 that led to a criminal referral to the “Department of Justice, urging it to investigate what Chairman ERaul Grijalva (D-AZ) described as a case of ‘criminal bribery.’”

"El Dorado became the epicenter of national controversy when a U.S. Fish and Wildlife field supervisor claimed in 2019 that he’d come under politically motivated pressure from then-President Donald Trump’s Department of the Interior to reverse his position on permitting requirements for a 28,000-unit planned development in Benson, Arizona.," the report states. "The committee’s investigation uncovered covert correspondence carried out over non-government channels between El Dorado executives and top staffers at the Department of the Interior in 2017. These communications culminated in an undisclosed meeting in Billings, Montana, between El Dorado founder Mike Ingram [an associate of Palin] and then-Interior Deputy Secretary David Bernhardt, who would later assume the agency’s top job."

Steve Schmidt, the campaign manager during her run for Vice President, calls these two allies “deranged people.” Duh’Fuhrer is also stumping for Kelly Tshibaka, who is challenging Senator Lisa Murkowski.  Is Kelly’s cousin Chewbakka from StarWars? 

Schmidt said, "The fulminations of two deranged people are newsworthy only in the sense that there’s an open question around whether citizens of a democratic republic are potentially apathetic enough to allow such people a return to political power when their previous associations with it ended in such profound disgrace.” Apparently, the t-RUMP zombies don’t really care according to the polls.

The Reichwingers in Ohio just cannot keep their perversion away from children. The Ohio attorney general believes that children who have been raped must have the baby. He loves the idea of children having children of their own. He is a real sick and disgusting pervert. The guy’s name is David Yost. He was told to cease and desist his accusations against the doctor who aborted the 11 year old’s rapist seed from her body. These Christian cultists believe that if t-RUMP lied as Duh’Fuhrer, then it is acceptable for them to lie, as well. This moron said that the doctor failed to report the rape, when in fact she did less than 48 hours from her knowledge of the crime. The Ohio police reported decided to blame the child for the rape by reporting her as “rebellious” and “refusing to listen to her mother.” HUHHH—the child was raped by an adult. Did he forget that many pre-teens who are not raped are also described by their parents as rebellious and don’t listen to their mothers? 

Duh’Fuhrer believes that he is above the law at every turn. A former White House aide, Olivia Troye says that her former crime boss is running scared and that is why he is trying to intimidate the witnesses who are coming forward to testify before the 1/6 committee, as reported by Tom Boggioni for RawStory. She believes that the Grifter From Queens is afraid of what people who knew what was going on behind the scenes will speak truth to power. He is trying to scare these people into silence. No doubt, he is just shy of threatening them with the guy dressed in black paying them a little visit under the inky shadows of their parking garage late at night. Troye sharing her own experience said this, "It's scary, it was a culture of fear in the White House for those of us that worked there and we're pretty much, people watched our every move, they watch what you are communicating, figure out how we were gonna deliver briefings on topics that they were not necessarily going to receive well," she explained. "So, this is intimidation and it wasn't surprising to me, which is actually more upsetting. I think that to Americans it should be." "I wasn't shocked that Donald Trump would call someone and try to intimidate the witness in the sense because he kind of has the mob mentality.”

A question being asked by Norm Eisen, an experienced impeachment attorney, is whether the Secret Service who was protecting Duh’Fuhrer before and during 1/6 attempted coup were co-conspirators to the possible crime to overthrow the government currently being analyzed by the 1/6 committee and the Justice Department. Were the members of his Secret Service detail aligned with t-RUMP’s false belief that the election was stolen from him? Eisen questions whether the Secret Service’s text messages were trashed on purpose. He has questions surrounding the stories told about the limo incident following t-RUMP’s speech at the Ellipse on 1/6 by Tony Ornato and Bobby Engel. “Was there any intentional effort to obstruct justice here as part of Donald Trump’s Secret Service agents being too close to Donald Trump?” Watch a discussion about it here.

Malcolm Nance, a counter-terrorism expert, a Naval officer, and best selling author, wrote a book titled “They Want To Kill Americans.” He is doing interviews of the book, which details the rise of dangerous militant White Nationalists/ Neo-Nazis who believe that it is time to take over the nation by force. He also volunteered to assist the Ukrainian army in their defense against the Russian Nazis. These groups who were called to arms by Duh’Fuhrer when he asked these groups, which operated in isolation, to come to Washington for his 1/6 rally. “It will be great!”  “We will not have a country if we sit back and allow it to be taken from us.” They believed that t-RUMP has asked them to come and help him overthrow the government. These groups want to install a dictatorship into local, state and federal governments. Nance said our situation looks grim! There is a degradation of our democracy happening right now. He predicted this collapse back in 2020. He said that there is a sustained attack against our democracy. The Trump American Nazi Party members of Congress and throughout state governments all have supported the 1/6 attack and if they take power in the Congress, they will go after the 1/6 committee members and spend taxpayer dollars and all their time investigating them for doing their sworn duty to the Constitution and their oath of office. Nance calls it TITUS—“The Trump Insurgency in The United States.” He calls it a Jihad against anyone who went after Duh’Fuhrer. This is about nationalizing the white supremacy movement in the United States. This is rooted in their religious cultish beliefs, and even the insane fantasies of the Q’Anon movement, which purports that Democrats eat babies. 

Nance says there are 4 phases to destabilize our democracy: 

1—the deny phase/strategy following the insurrection. The Trump American Nazi Party has been denying truth and facts surrounding 1/6. Deny the fact that it was not a peaceful protest and that guns and weapons were not part of the insurrection.

 2— attack your political opponents. It is about destabilizing the government and push the existing government to unwillfully accept the demands of the Trump Jihadists.

3—revenge—a call up to attack the government

4—fear—install militant terrrorists into government creating fear by the mainstream government officials and citizens, not unlike what happened in Northern Ireland during Sinn Fein’s violent past.

To say that this wasn’t a coup because it wasn’t an armed assault is false and delusional. A coup can be defined as a political takeover by force. Nance names these groups and their key members. The Proud Boys,-a one time Nazi-like street gang, The Oath Keepers—encouraged Trump to use Martial Law and allow the military to take control of all the voting machines, Boogaloo Boys, The Three Percenters—a Nazi group, and the others, which operated separately, but now have joined forces, a single block (TITUS) as a larger militant terrorists force planning to declare war. Their goals focus on American Nazi Nationalism and act as the Trump Nazi Party foot soldiers. Killing is acceptable to them. Armed conflict is their plan. Jews, Blacks, Liberals, Gays, and even White people who don’t support the vile hate cloaked around the Republican Party, which must no longer be called that. This one-time Republican Party is no more and has been morphed into an extremist Christian cult terrorist group that supports eliminating women’s rights, the control of women’s reproduction, elimination of birth control medications, control of the educational system and what can be read and taught in the classroom, the control of voting and districting, the abolition of Gay rights, Gay marriage, transgender rights, environmental protections, laissez faire capitalism, and much more. These political militants resist normalcy and support their ability to act indecently, and impose their will upon the nation even if they must use guns and violence to achieve their goals. 

The time to understand the other side has long passed. Dialogue with the other side has derailed. TITUS is in love with the militarization of themselves.The Republican Party has become TITUS—“a new wave of anti-American rejectionism.” This is TITUS versus America. The Democrats represent normalism and the movement forward and not backward in pursuit of a livable and sustainable future. 

The failed former t-RUMP Department of Education Secretary, Betsy DeVos has called for the elimination of the Department of Education. Members of her KKKlan have come forth and stated that women should not be working, as with one Minnesota Trump Nazi Party member Matt Birk who expressed such a stance. He also proclaimed that women are for birthing babies on-demand. Margie Taylor Green Slime has come out and stated, along with the actions of her colleagues, that there will not be any elimination of birth control rights and Gay rights by the Supreme Court, in spite of what Clarence Thomas had stated; so, therefore, she and her colleagues voted not to codify these rights into law.
